We offer the flexibility to create small business funding with terms that meet your specific needs as a borrower.
Typically we can get you 10% up to 30% of your Gross Annual Revenue based on your last 4 months of business bank deposits.
We offer the following types of funding:
SBA – rates around 7% terms up to 10 years.
REVENUE BASED funding – solely based on your last 4 months of business bank statements. We have done these loans for people with Fico scores as low as 450. Loan amounts up to $2 million, terms as long as 21 months.
HYBRID funding – half the rate of Revenue Based Loans – terms of 12 months. Weekday or weekly payments
TERM funding – rates from 8% up to 18%, terms up to 5 years.
EQUIPMENT FINANCING – any kinds of equipment – trucks, tractors, trailers, medical, computer, etc
COMMERCIAL BRIDGE LOANS 12% INTEREST ONLY 2 YEARS WITH BALLOON…UP TO 55%-60% LTV
